i thoght i was at studio 4 30 but it was 5 30 with 1 hour earth i switched off lights and fell asleep got up at 4 but .... yes i changed my clock me.image from house by fjord finally the keys are returned its over .

green mango curry

peel and halv mango from seed cut into chunks, soak black mustard seed overnight in vinegar. cut 4 slices green ginger ,8 garlic pips 4 green chillies pound all in mortar. in a frypan saute 10 whole red onions asian, crushed stick of cinnamon ceylon,chopped lemon grass salt, 2 cardammomes. add mango ,2 tabelspoons tomato ketchup, 1 tabelspoon jam, 2 crushed red chillies (if you like it hot) add mustard and vinegar fry on low heat -at the end add 4 cloves ground. hope you like it LISA KELLY

5.20 a.m the pale orange green light behind the hills sun?

sunday 4 am as party goers return i amble to studio

amble with an aim of course.

aubergine pahe

one large aubergine 6 asian red onions 6slices green ginger,cup of mild vinegar,2tabelspoons black mustard seed,2tabelspoons cummin seed. 1/2 tabelspoon vencatachelvams madras hot curry powder,1/2cup coco nut milk. rapeseed oil to fry.1 tabelspoon dark sugar. PROCESS- cut aubergine into small chunks. rub in curry powder and salt.(leave aside) in a mortar pound cummin seed 12 garlic pips 2 red dry chillie . soak mustard seed in vinegar.after 15 mnt add ginger and cummin mix and whole red onion into a pan cook low heat. in a wok or fry pan deepfry aubergine till golden brown. add to other saucepan add sugar and coconut milk. simmer. you can add 2 extra red chillies if you like it hotter. hope you like it double helping friends.
